Effortless Merchandise Management

Welcome to your new and improved online ordering system, Complete Promo by Signal Events. This site enables you to design, process and track orders at any time.

Please begin by clicking on this link – ##link## then follow the below steps.

If you are a new user and have not been provided a login, please click create an account and fill out the form. Once approved you will receive an email confirmation. Now you have been approved to start ordering. Login with your username and password.

Step 1 -

You will have different categories to choose from:

Personalised Items -

Merchandise Items - This is for items that you would add to your shopping Cart.

Express Order 1 Badge/Award – Select this option if you would like to order 1 unit only.

Order 2 or More Badges/Awards – Select this layout if you would like to order 2-100+ units. This layout requires an excel spreadsheet to be uploaded.

Step 2 -

If you selected:

Merchandise Items - Press view details on the item you would like to purchase. Add the quantity you would like. Then simply press add to cart. This will take you to the shopping cart section, If you wanted to order more than 1 type of merchandise you will have to click the continue shopping button and do the above process again for the next item.

Express Order 1 Badge/Awards - You will have to select the fastening you require in the dropdown box below the badge image. Then select “Click to Continue” Button. You will then be taken to the Preview Page. Type in the name that you would like to order into the name box. Then press the “Update Preview Button”. If you are happy with how the badge looks press the “Yes, I approve this document” located underneath the name badge. Then click “finished editing”.

Order 2 or More Badges - (A spreadsheet to be uploaded) - Click the Green Button that says CLICK HERE FIRST, this will download the excel spreadsheet that you will use as a template for the names. Open the Excel and add in the details as per the sheet. Save onto your computer. Then change the quantity amount to how many badges you are ordering. Then Press Click to Continue. You will then be taken to the Preview Page. At the top left you want to press “Choose File” find and upload your excel sheet. Once it is uploaded press “Update Preview”. The preview will only show 1 badge at a time, to see the other badges go to Page Number (in the middle of the screen) and select the different numbers which will show you different names. Once you are happy with how the badges look there is a button underneath the badge that says “Yes, I approve this document” Click that button and then press “Finished Editing”.

Step 3 -

Shopping Cart – This will have your shipping address and shipping options. All orders will be sent via a Signed Courier. Then Press Proceed to Checkout.

Step 4 - Place Order
